Well Groomed Brings New Concept to Miracle Mile

MIAMI BEACH, FL – May 7, 2018 – With the success of their all-in-one barbershop and spa on Miracle Mile, Well Groomed Gentleman is expanding their services to women and children with Well Groomed Image Consultants coming soon to newly revamped Miracle Mile in Downtown Coral Gables.

Terranova has signed a 5-year lease with Well Groomed Image Consultants for 1,687 square feet at 261 Miracle Mile projected to open this summer.

Owner and President, Al Maulini knows the value of personal presentation and excellence and after almost five years of bringing professional grooming services to men, he is now expanding with a second unisex location a few blocks away from his original barbershop and spa lounge.

“Since the completion of the streetscape project earlier this year, retailers and restauranteurs are clamoring for space on The Mile,” says Terranova Executive Vice President Mindy McIlroy. “Coral Gables is evolving to become more city-centric with a reinvention of Miracle Mile designed to answer the call for increased dining, entertainment, and shopping options within one of the densest downtown districts in all of Miami.”

Well Groomed Image Consultants will join a tenant line-up that includes other leading retailers including Bluemercury, Doc B’s Fresh Kitchen, Hillstone, and Mia Cucina. Welcome to Bittel on Business

We have raised a family and built a business in our South Florida community for many years.  Responsibility to our broader community has been a part of our lives for as long as I can remember.  The success of our business is inextricably linked to the success of the communities, where are investments are located.  Our team has always endeavored to play a leadership and advisory role in every facet of community life and leadership.

While my family and Terranova have long been primary in my life, I am also an avid non-fiction reader, a political activist, a public education enthusiast, and a supporter of sustainable development, all of which I look forward to writing about.  I even have a tiny bit of time for my love of fine wine and pescatarian food, music, and the Miami Heat.

Each week I hope to highlight a different viewpoint about what I am concerned with and thinking about on all of these topics that drive my life.

Each of us are directly impacted by the events of our world and communities that surround us and with which we interact.  I hope that by sharing my thoughts, I can give everyone new ideas to ponder and help make sense of a world that often seems chaotic and spinning out of order.

Throughout it all, I have always remained enormously positive about the future, no matter how hard one day can seem.  Tomorrow is always filled with the opportunity to be better.

I look forward to exploring new horizons and creating more connections within our community.

Seeing Beyond the Boundaries the Rise of NoLi

March 4, 2018 — TERRANOVA TRENDS — BY ANDREA SPEEDY When Miami Beach was first envisioned as a relatively simple beach escape in the 1920s, no one expected its meteoric rise to become one of the world’s most sought-after destinations for entertainment, travel, retail, restaurants and more. However, after bouncing back from hurricanes in the 1930s, to serving as military barracks during World War II, to the glamorous hotel era on Collins Avenue in the 1950s, Miami Beach developers have continuously succeeded in reinventing Miami Beach to garner a larger and larger share of the spotlight.

The revitalization of Lincoln Road along with the preservation effort of Deco-style hotels in South Beach started in the mid-1990s, which in turn brought a new wave of residential development to South Beach. And for the past two decades, development has been principally residential in nature. However, almost six years ago Terranova Corporation began investing in Miami Beach real estate, recognizing the need for strategic commercial development in Miami Beach.
