Terranova Sells Retail Outparcel for $1.32 Million
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – November 22, 2004 – Terranova Corp. has completed the sale of a 1.71-acre shopping center out parcel in Miami-Dade County for $1.32 million. Terranova leasing agent Hubert Chen represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was Gastion Inc./Victory Petroleum, an operator of gas stations.
