Terranova Assists in Disposition of Four Circuit City Stores

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – Feb. 11, 2005 – Terranova Corporation is pleased to announce it has assisted in the disposition of four South Florida Circuit City stores. Director of Leasing Erica Des Roches assisted Circuit City with these dispositions, totaling over 130,000 square feet. Circuit City closed the stores as part of the retailer’s move to improve real estate efficiency nationwide.
