Ari Bittel, Managing Director

Ari Bittel, Terranova’s Managing Director, joined the firm in 2020, bringing significant experience in acquisition, financing, and asset management.

Ari focuses on building and overseeing the investment management activities as well as working on the firm’s corporate development and strategy. He leads the company’s national and international growth strategies focusing on multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use real estate investments alongside private equity ventures.

Like his father Stephen Bittel, he graduated from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. Upon graduation, he joined the investment management team at Rialto Capital in New York City, where he analyzed over $1 billion in debt and equity investments. Later, he accepted a position at Innovo Property Group, a real estate development firm where he managed underwriting and execution of acquisition, financing, and asset management endeavors totaling over $500 million. He moved back to Miami in 2020 in order to join Terranova and is currently a board member of the Coral Gables Business Improvement District, advisory board member for LIG Global Foundation, and member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.

Ari served in the United States Peace Corps stationed in the Dominican Republic within the Appropriate Technologies Division. When he is not working, the father of two enjoys spending time with his family, attending Miami Heat games, and traveling to America’s major metropolitan cities.
