Terranova Signs Over $1.6 Million in Leases at The Newly Renovated Suniland Shopping Center

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – April 19, 2007 – Suniland Shopping Center, one of the top performing centers in South Florida has completed a major renovation to update the look of the already successful shopping center. Given its great location at S. Dixie Highway and 112th Street in the affluent Village of Pinecrest, Suniland Shopping Center is now adding three more tenants to its tenant mix bringing the center to 97% occupancy. Terranova Corporation’s Senior Vice President, Mindy McIlroy, represented the Landlord in all of the deals done at the center.
