Terranova Gets a New Look And New Tenants at Suniland Shopping Center

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – July 27, 2006 – Suniland Shopping Center, one of the best performing centers in South Florida is currently undergoing a major renovation to update the look of the already successful shopping center. Renovations are to be completed by year end 2006. Given its great location at S. Dixie Highway and 112th Street in the affluent Village of Pinecrest, Suniland Shopping Center is now adding three more tenants to its tenant mix bringing the center to 96% occupancy.
