Terranova Brokers $13.3 Million Industrial Deal

MIAMI, FLORIDA – July 13, 2004 – Terranova Corporation represented the buyer, SSR Realty, in its acquisition of Weston Distribution Center, the former Federal Mogul facility in Weston, Florida. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Northwestern Mutual Life.
