La Cerveceria de Barrio First U.S. Location on Lincoln Road

MIAMI BEACH, FL – January 2, 2018 – Mexico meets Miami with the new Mexican seafood cantina, La Cerveceria de Barrio bringing their first U.S. location to Lincoln Road. Thriving with 35 restaurants in Mexico, La Cerveceria’s new location in Miami beach is expected to open in 2018.

Terranova has signed a 5-year lease with La Cerveceria for 1,706 SF at 836 Lincoln Road, the world famous eight block strip in Miami Beach.

Inspired by traditional seafood restaurants in Mexico, La Cerveceria offers classic Mexican cuisine with the freshest ingredients from the sea. The brewery and restaurant is a place to gather with friends and family in a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a great variety of beers, specialty margaritas and exquisite seafood. La Cerveceria provides an extensive variety of dishes like their famous fish tacos, tuna steaks and beer burritos in addition to a wide variety of seafood dishes.

“This is our main brand in Mexico,” says co-owner Jamil Dib with V&E Restaurant Group which also owns the popular Havana 1957 brand. “We are super exited to bring our first La Cerveceria to such a great location on Lincoln Road.”

La Cerveceria will join a roster of national tenants including lululemon, Tumi, Macy’s, Apple, Sephora, and Dylan’s Candy Bar.

Posh Plum Takes 13,000 Square Feet in Boca Raton

Their open atmosphere concept in each showroom reflects the latest trends and concepts in the design field. Posh Plum’s expansion to the east coast will mark their fourth location in Florida with other locations in Naples, Sarasota, and Bonita Springs.

Miracle Mile Heats Up with New Activity from Terranova
