Terranova Brokers $19.9 Million Center
MIAMI, FLORIDA – May 29, 2003 – Terranova Corporation recently brokered the $19.916 million sale of Country Isles Plaza located at the corner of Indian Trace and Weston Road in Weston, Florida. Terranova’s Capital Markets Division, led by Chairman, Stephen Bittel, represented Principal Life Insurance Company in the sale of the property. A private investor acquired the property, which comprises 106,343 square feet, including land leases to Publix and Eckerd.
Terranova Signs a $1.5 Million Deal
