MIAMI, FLORIDA – August 3, 2004 – Terranova Corporation has completed the sale of two shopping centers for a total of $40 million, bringing the total volume of capital market transactions by the company in the past two months to $80 million.
MIAMI, FLORIDA – July 13, 2004 – Terranova Corporation represented the buyer, SSR Realty, in its acquisition of Weston Distribution Center, the former Federal Mogul facility in Weston, Florida. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Northwestern Mutual Life.
