MIAMI, FLORIDA – Sept. 24, 2004 – Terranova Corp. has signed its first tenant in the Weston Distribution Center, a warehouse facility in Broward County which Terranova recently acquired for SSR Realty for $13.3 million. Terranova was retained to lease and manage the property.
MIAMI, FLORIDA – September 22, 2004 – Terranova Corporation has signed Arby’s as a new tenant at Pompano Marketplace, adding one more eating option at the shopping center. The fastfood chain has signed a 10-year lease for a 2,900-square foot building once occupied by Kentucky Fried Chicken.
MIAMI, FLORIDA – September 1, 2004 – With the recent signing of a 3-year retail lease in Miami, FL, one more South Florida shopping center leased by Terranova Corporation now is fully leased, marking the fifth Terranova center that will stand 100 percent occupied.
