MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – April 14, 2006 – Terranova is please to announce the $20 million sale of the Weston Distribution Center, a 225,760 square foot office/warehouse facility with 4 acres of adjoining developable land in Broward County, between BlackRock Realty Advisors, Inc. and Becknell Properties, an Illinois general partnership. Terranova was the broker in the deal, which closed on Wednesday, April 12th.
