Pliner of Florida in a $5.5 million deal for an office and warehouse distribution center in South Florida. The building is located at 10800 NW 97th Street, Miami, Fla., within the Flagler Station Business Park.
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – JUNE 15, 2007 – Terranova Corporation recently signed a lease at Polo Club Shoppes for a new and unique restaurant concept, D.D. Flats Wine Bar and Flatbread Company, which is slated to open its doors June 19th 2007.
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – April 24, 2007 – Terranova Corp. announced the sale of Flagler Park Plaza today on behalf of an institutional client. The Publix-anchored, 350,000-square foot shopping center in Miami, Florida, sold for $95 million or $271 per square foot. The buyer was KIMCO Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM).
