Terranova Promotes Andrei Pintilie to Senior Commercial Associate

MIAMI BEACH, FL – September 24, 2015 – Terranova, South Florida’s leading commercial real estate advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrei Pintilie to Senior Commercial Associate.

Pintilie arrived in the U.S. in 2003 and accepted a part time Research Assistant position at Terranova while attending college. Since then, he has risen through the ranks to gain the prestigious title of Senior Commercial Associate during his 12-year tenure with the company.

Pintilie has assisted an array of regional and national landlords and tenants with their South Florida real estate strategy and has a track record of leases valued at $32 million in the past four years. Throughout his career, Pintilie has faced leasing some challenging spaces and yielded successful results where previous endeavors have proved unfruitful.

“My favorite part about working in this industry is seeing my hard work and creativity pay off by adding value to properties. The project I am most proud of is one that facilitated the sale of a center for three times its purchase price after I refreshed and upgraded the tenant mix and brought the property to 100% occupancy.”

Pintilie was awarded the 2012 CoStar Florida Power Broker Award, received a Master of Science in Real Estate from Florida International University, and attained the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation making him a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry.

Tuesday Morning Expansion Fills Last Available Space in Pompano Plaza

MIAMI BEACH, FL – September 9, 2015 – In need of home goods but don’t want to spend an exorbitant amount? You are in luck, Pompano’s favorite home goods retailer Tuesday Morning is expanding in Pompano Plaza

Terranova has signed an 11-year lease with Tuesday Morning to expand their store from 9,764 to 16,401 square feet at 1405 South Federal Highway with the new, larger store projected to open Summer 2016.

Founded in 1974 by Lloyd Ross, Tuesday Morning is a discount home goods retailer with locations spanning across the Unites States. The company originated as an upscale garage sale business which quickly gained loyal followers and led to their expansion into their own store. Today, they carry an array of items including fashion accessories, pet products, gifts, luggage, outdoor furnishings, and products for every room of your home.

Tuesday Morning’s success at Pompano Plaza led to their expansion into the adjacent space almost doubling their size to over 16,000 square feet. The 40 percent increase of additional square footage will allow the store to add a larger variety of products to its selling floor, better serving the community. Their new larger location will serve as a flagship store for the company as they continue to expand nationwide.

“Tuesday Morning has been in Pompano Plaza for over 18 years and while many tenants look to reduce their footprint, it is great to see successful retailers expanding,” says Terranova’s commercial associate India Turkell who represented the landlord in the deal.

Tuesday Morning is located in a Publix anchored shopping center amongst Marshalls, Dunkin Donuts, and Office Depot.

Vintro’s Success Leads to Expansion Plans
