Miracle Mile Heats Up with New Activity from Terranova

Terranova is Popping on Lincoln Road

MIAMI BEACH, FL – December 7, 2016 – With the holidays quickly approaching, brands are “popping up” all along Lincoln Road. Terranova recently signed three new short-term deals on the world famous retail street.

Cap’n Crunch has landed in Miami Beach in the form of a 2,966 square foot pop-up shop at 721 Lincoln Road. The Kith x Cap’n Crunch store, a partnership between the cereal brand and the New York-based cereal bar, Kith Treats offers both food and limited edition Cap’n-Crunch apparel.

Kiwi Arts Group opened a 2,668 square foot gallery at 737 Lincoln Road to showcase American photographer William John Kennedy’s historic collection of Andy Warhol and Robert Indiana photographs during Art Basel through January 5th.

Daniel Wellington, a minimalistic elegant watch boutique, opened at 608 Lincoln Road. This 6-month, 748 square foot pop-up is part of the international brand’s U.S. launch, and ads timeless and classic style to the mix on Lincoln Road.

1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza Brings Sizzle to Shadowwood

MIAMI BEACH, FL – March 17, 2016 – 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza LLC, a New Jersey-based fast-casual American spin on authentic, hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza, has signed a 10-year lease for 1,988 square feet at 20642 South State Road 7 #M03 in Shadowwood Square, the premier shopping center in the heart of Boca Raton. The location is projected to open Fall 2016.

The quick-fired, build your own pizzas are customizable from more than 50 cheeses, sauces, meats, vegetables and other toppings for one price. Unlike traditional Neapolitan pizzas, 1000 Degrees Neapolitian Pizza has a crispy crust throughout with a slight char. Founded by New Jersey native Brian Petruzzi, 1000 Degrees plans to have 80 U.S. locations open by the end of next year, as well as the first international store in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

“1000 Degrees is a fabulous addition to Shadowwood and to the west Boca market, which is very trends conscious, yet doesn’t have all that many options for a quick, freshly-made restaurant meal,” said Terranova Executive Vice President Mindy McIlroy, who represented the landlord in the deal. “1000 Degrees menu and atmosphere will perfectly satisfy that demand.”
