Terranova Signs Outparcel Deal With Buffalo Wild Wings

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA –August 7, 2014 –Terranova Corporation is pleased to announce it has signed Buffalo Wild Wings to a soon to be developed outparcel at 1601 N Congress Avenue, in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Buffalo Wild Wings has signed a 10-year lease for a 6,800 square foot restaurant. With locations in every state and continuing to grow internationally, the new Boynton Beach location is projected to open its doors in December 2014.

When touring with Buffalo Wild Wings, Terranova Corporation presented the former Pete Rose Sport Café’s space adjacent to the Courtyard Marriot in Boynton Beach, but like many prospects, Buffalo Wild Wings was unhappy with the lack of visibility. As many restaurants demand high visibility sites, Terranova Corporation presented an idea for a new onsite outparcel.

“We are pleased to have come up with this outparcel idea that not only made the tenant happy but created additional value for the landlord,” said Terranova Commercial Associate Andrei Pintilie, who represented the landlord in the deal.

GBS The Beauty Store has signed a 5-year lease to increase their space from 2,300 to 4,084 square feet. The Suniland Shopping Center GBS The Beauty Store is open in its current location at 11297 South Dixie Highway in full view of nearly 100,000 cars daily. The expansion located a few stores down at 11423, 11425 & 11427 South Dixie Highway is projected to be completed in 2015.

Youfit has signed a 10-year lease for 17,678 square feet. The new facility is projected to open by August 2014, bringing Youfit’s first location in Jacksonville.

“This deal is a fabulous component of our fresh vision for Gateway Town Center,” said Terranova Executive Vice President Mindy McIlroy, who represented the landlord in the deal. “The space and location we could offer Youfit is ideal for their entry to the Jacksonville market, and the Youfit concept fits perfectly with Gateway’s re-energizing.”
