Blackrock Realty and Terranova Close on Largest South Florida Open-Air Shopping Center Deal This Year

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – Sept. 9, 2005 – Westfork Tower LLC, joint venture between BlackRock Realty Advisors and Terranova Corp., has paid $58.4 million to acquire Westfork Plaza, a landmark shopping center in the heart of southwest Broward County, Florida. The deal, which closed Friday, September 9th, is the largest open-air shopping center transaction in the tri-county area in 2005.
