MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – October 23, 2006 – Terranova Corporation has signed a lease with furniture rental chain Rent-A-Center at Concord Shopping Center, a deal that brings the 300,000 square foot property in West Miami-Dade to 100% occupancy.
