MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – April 18, 2006 – West Elm, a new retailer tapping consumer demand for casual and chic home furnishings, will open its first South Florida store at Downtown Dadeland, a soon-to-be completed mixed-use project in the heart of Kendall. Downtown Dadeland signed the 12-year lease with West Elm, valued at over $8.5 million for a 16,431-square foot space.
