Terranova Inks $1.13 Million Arby’s Deal at Pompano Marketplace

MIAMI, FLORIDA – September 22, 2004 – Terranova Corporation has signed Arby’s as a new tenant at Pompano Marketplace, adding one more eating option at the shopping center. The fastfood chain has signed a 10-year lease for a 2,900-square foot building once occupied by Kentucky Fried Chicken.
