Terranova Signs Ulta For First Broward Store

MIAMI, FLORIDA – April 29, 2004 – Terranova Corporation’s Director of Leasing Erica Des Roches signed a lease with Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc., the first Broward County location for the retailer and only the second in South Florida. The lease is valued in excess of $2.9 million.
