Terranova Signs $4 Million Officemax Deal

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – May 2, 2005 – Terranova Corporation has signed OfficeMax as an anchor tenant in Westfork Plaza, a deal that brings the grocery-anchored shopping center to 100 percent occupancy and gives the retailer a second location in the fast-growing area of Pembroke Pines.
