Terranova Negotiates Office Leases for Nearly 26,000 Square Feet in Delray, Bringing Year to Date Total to 76,000 Square Feet And $9 Million in Value

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – Sept. 21, 2005 – Terranova Corporation has executed leases that will bring three new tenants to the Arbors Office Park in Delray Beach, Fla., occupying a total of 25,581 square feet with a value of $3.1 million.
