Terranova Negotiates more than $6.85 Million Worth of Leases at Pembroke Crossing

MIAMI, FLORIDA – August 11, 2004 – Terranova Corporation, exclusive leasing agent for Pembroke Crossing power center, has negotiated more than $6.86 million worth of leases at the retail property within the past 12 months, adding three new tenants that bring the center to 98 percent occupancy.
