New Tenants at Polo Club Shoppes Bring Easy Flair and New York Flavor to Boca Raton

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – July 20, 2012 – Terranova Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of three new tenants in Polo Club Shoppes, a Publix-anchored center serving the Polo Club community in Boca Raton.

Manhattan Joe’s Pizzeria, a neighborhood restaurant that brings a taste of New York’s casual Italian fare down south, will open a 753 square foot restaurant this fall; Blo and Go, a new entry in the emerging hair care category of “blow dry bars”, will open a 923 square foot salon this fall; and Hair Cuttery, a staple of convenient quality hair care throughout the country, has opened a 1,400 square foot salon.

“These tenants are great additions to Polo Club Shoppes, which is all about easy enjoyment and quality convenience for the community it serves,” said Terranova leasing associate Andrei Pintilie, who represented the landlord in the transactions. “Polo Club Shoppes keeps getting better and stronger.”

The new tenants at Polo Club Shoppes, located at 5050 Champion Blvd., will join a line-up of stores that include Publix, Publix Apron’s Cooking School, Walgreens, Suntrust Bank, Brendy’s Yogurt and Ice Cream, and a full array of service merchants and restaurant options, from fine dining at Josef’s Table to casual fare at D.D. Flats.
